Mrs. Simons joined the Law Office of Daryl G. Hawkins, LLC in 2008. Her practice encompasses many areas, including family law, probate actions, and personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall cases.
Mrs. Simons grew up in Spartanburg, SC. She attended Wofford College, from which she received her B.A. with a dual major in Economics and French with high honors. She received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May of 2006.
During her time in law school, Mrs. Simons received the CALI Award (formerly known as the American Jurisprudence Award) in products liability, was a member of the Journal of International Law and Business and Women in Law, and acted as a peer mentor.
