Mr. Usry joined the Law Office of Daryl G. Hawkins, LLC in 2008 after spending a year as the Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Hayes, III. His practice areas include complex personal injury, business litigation, medical and professional malpractice, product liability, and general civil practice.
Mr. Usry was born in Augusta, GA and grew up in Rock Hill, SC. He graduated with high honors from Wofford College, where he received a B.A. in English and Business Economics. He received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May of 2007, where he made the Dean’s List and was chosen by his classmates to receive the Claude Sapp Award, presented annually to a member of the graduating class who possesses the best combination of scholarship, leadership, and industry.
